"Physical Therapy Experts"

What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy is a health care profession that uses various types of exercises, mobilizations, and other manual therapy techniques to restore function lost after an injury, disease, or surgery. Physical therapy also involves using such things as heat, cold, electricity and sound to decrease pain. We objectively measure and record progress so you and your physician are aware of improvements. We also educate patients in ways to prevent future injuries or exacerbations.

Tri-State Rehab Services was founded in 1997. Owner Joe Isaac started the company with the goal of providing quality physical therapy while adding a personal touch to their services. Since 1997, the company has evolved into a leader in the rehabilitation and physical therapy field.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of physical therapy services available focusing on innovative, individualized care. Our goal is to empower our patient with a life-enriching program that only begins with their physical therapy experience. Our philosophy is that the permanent peak performance our patients seek is best achieved when functional exercise becomes a part of life. We provide our patients with the techniques, tools, and facilities to make this a reality. In short, we wish to make a permanent positive change for you and your loved ones.

Affordable Services

We strive to make services affordable to everyone. The day rehab begins, we contact your insurance company to determine exactly what your out-of-pocket costs will be. This is in contrast to most facilities that provide therapy without knowing what services will or will not be covered by your insurance. Our approach allows us to work within your budget to design a rehabilitation program that will meet both your physical and financial needs. We accept all major insurances at all locations.

Customer Service

We truly want to please our customers because you are the most important part of our business. Our facilities will always treat you with friendly, helpful service. Our attention to detail, one-on-one service, and hands-on approach, sets us apart from our competitors. All facilities are conveniently located, handicap accessible and fully with state-of-the art physical therapy equipment.

"We will strive for 100% customer satisfaction"

Fitness Programs

Our facilities are designed to meet the needs of both the physical therapy patient and the fitness customer. We believe that providing affordable physical fitness is just as important as providing physical therapy. This is why each office is equipped with a complete line of fitness equipment. Pricing varies depending upon location.

Office Hours

Because our facilities operate with you in mind, we offer very flexible hours of operation. We are normally open 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday thru Friday, for physical therapy patients. We offer weekend hours and extended weekday hours for our fitness members. We even make home visits in limited areas.
