The professionals at Tri State Rehab, Ashland location, are experts at what they do. Beginning with the evaluation and treatment plan, through to PT, the folks there are top-notch. I wouldn’t go to any other facility. Alexa, Regina, and Joey push their patients to succeed, offer encouragement, and are with you every step of the way. Both my husband and I have been their patients, ( back and sciatic nerve issues, plus rehab of a knee replacement), and we agree they have given us our active lifestyles back. Johnda, at the front desk, is super efficient and helpful, and Becky is fantastic as a personal trainer. Consider using her services once your rehab has been completed. Look no further than TriState Rehab for physical therapy. You, 100%, will be very pleased you chose this facility!

The ladies at Ashland Tri-State Rehab are wonderful! Even if it does feel like Regina tortures me occasionally. LOL. I’m improving after Achilles surgery and it’s definitely due to their hard work.

I've had a great experience with tri-state rehab their therapist are amazing ,compassionate and very helpful they have treated me through this rough time with kindness and understanding this is the place to go for your physical therapy needs wint go any where else

They do not care about there patience they verbally say that they don't care if you have kids to take care of that is not their problem they don't help they sit on phones and computer instead of actually treating worste place to go very unprofessional and directly from the woman I spoke to they don't like kids eithere don't like kids either cuz she don't care if you have them You got to deal with it it's not her problem they're a joke to scam money not a single person in the building cares they You feel their schedule but every day your in there might be five people What are they What are they too incompetent or can't get off phones, computers That's laziness unprofessional and should be shut down why being a medical field when you don't care about anyone's health some people don't have it lucky work multiple jobs why should we suffer why they do nothing not worth going to not recommend anyone that can directly tell a patient they don't care if you have to work two jobs to survive or if you have kids it's not their problem they're not even good human beings

Have come there for 10 years to handle replacement of both knees, recovery from spine surgery, and a complete shoulder replacement surgery. I recommend them to everyone.

I have had a wonderful experience with the physical therapy team at Tri State. They listen, explain what and why we are doing certain moves. They check on you during exercises to ensure you are ok. Very kind people that genuinely care and want to help you.

Great place! Honest in their first assessment of my needs and worked purposefully and diligently to help alleviate my pain and discomfort as they addressed my physical needs and helped me to reach a place of wellness. They equipped me with the knowledge and training to continue patterns and activities to foster my own self care and health routine. Shout-out to Joey Virgin - great therapist; and to Regina as well. Thank you for helping me alleviate pain and establish good habits to live well with my physical issues!

This is my first experience with TSR and I really love this place. So far my headaches have diminished and I am quite a bit more mobile than when I began. The staff has been great.

I have received physical therapy at Tri-State Rehab several times with great results every time. Joey and Joe have worked tirelessly with me over a foot issue and I am seeing great results. It is a real pleasure to have therapy a TSR. Mackenzie at the front desk is such a great help! Becky, my trainer, is fantastic, puts me through a great workout! She runs a great gym. Regina is so very helpful. All these people make you feel right at home. It is a friendly, caring and healing environment!

I’ve had a real hard time finding care for my specific connective tissue disorder and getting appropriate care where people know what to do for it. I was very open with my past troubles and experiences especially due to my young age and I was met with compassion, kindness, and understanding. I will be a repeat patient unfortunately, but happy I have people that know make me feel truly cared for.

Front desk staff is very welcoming, giving the place a friendly atmosphere. The main physicians make your rehab time fly by carrying on conversation with their patient's, also all do a fantastic job explaining each exercise and why they are the best to you are your current situation.

Best physical therapy results I have ever had. The employees are very knowledgeable and so very nice. Special thanks to Regina, she helped me get rid of my hip pain. She also showed me how to prevent it from coming back. I am now going to their gym. Thank you all.

So thankful for Ashley Castle and the staff at Tri-State Rehab … truly taking the time to figure out the root and cause of my hip and back issues to get me back on track . The care , delicacy and determination of my therapy and recovery was unwavering . So thankful for this crew . And of coarse , Easy access to the building and parking during physical therapy really helped me personally .

I needed therapy on my shoulder after a fall. I am so happy that I found Tri-State Rehab Services! Everyone has been super friendly and helpful! The rehab room is nice and private with just those working on rehabilitation. I've been working with Regina since late June on the goal to avoid surgery, and I'm very pleased with how much strength I've regained in my shoulder. I've asked her to work on my knee next, which was also damaged in the fall. The staff here works very hard, and from my experiences, I would work with any of them, and do recommend the other therapists. Thank you, Tri-State Rehab Services! I appreciate you and your music!! 😉
