ust wanted to share what a nice experience I had. I called about getting some physical therapy for a problem I've been having, and the young man who answered the phone was just so kind and caring. He took his time with me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It's so nice to come across someone with such compassion these days. He was a wonderful young man, and I truly appreciated his help. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience Thank you Austin.

Can I say there is a lot of awesome things that I could say about this Rehab service I have went to them four years ago for shoulder surgery and if it was not for them, I would not be able to move my arm right now. I have been recently going for therapy on my knee getting ready to have surgery on my knee and going back to rehab for my knee and these people are awesome. I would recommend anyone That need to Rehab Therapy too Tri-state Rehab service over any Rehab place in Scioto County everyone down there will work to do their best to help you.🫶🫶🫶

Love TriState!! Other vendors are good but TriState works with your schedule. Thats a huge plus for those that work. Eveyone on the staff is top notch and keeps you motivated and are always supportive.

Tri State is a very good rehab center. All of the employees are very helpful. I had a head injury last year and Alex worked with me and I’m so thankful for the care I received. January of this year I had shoulder surg and Alex is once again is my therapist. Therapy is going great! Thank you!

Third time here for rehab, two rotator cuffs, and this time was for whiplash. Very professional therapist’ working here and were very concerned about my pain and treatment. The atmosphere was very informal and relaxing. A special thanks to Lauren and Alex my Lady therapists and
Drew my Male therapist. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs this type of treatment!

Your dedication gave me confidence and helped me stay committed to my recovery goals.

The Portsmouth tri-state rehab is awesome place for therapy. All the therapist are so great and so knowledgeable and so caring to work with. From the moment u walk through the door, Stacey greets u with a very friendly welcome and she is on top of everything like scheduling ur appointments, how many sessions u have left, and let's u know when u need another eval. There all so caring and supportive in my treatments. I have sent many there and they all had an excellent experience as well. They r def #1 in my family and my friends!!

Nobody likes to get started on therapy after a surgery. For me when it came time I was excited. Knowing I was gonna get better. They go above and beyond for there patients. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I come see Wes as the Shawnee athletic training room 2-3 times a week. Without hesitation as soon as anyone walks through the door the staff is asking how your days going and are excited to help. There knowledge and expertise is above and beyond any therapy/rehab place I’ve been treated at

I’m recovering from knee replacement surgery that I had in July. My therapy sessions with them has been going well. I can really see a difference in my walking and range of motion. All of the therapist are super sweet kind and patient. All are extremely helpful supportive and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anyplace else for therapy. They also have the sweetest lady working the front desk. Always greeting everyone with a smile.

I brought my daughter here after our orthopedic doc recommended them. They are amazing. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are good at making sure to give everyone the attention they deserve and have a fun, positive and caring environment. I would highly recommend Tri-State to anyone.

Amazing Crew! Very professional and personable! Starting with Stacy, who schedules all the patients, and checks for insurance coverage, great personality and a pleasant first impression, and was so accommodating. Assessment was performed by Lauren, she was extremely engaged and thorough, addressing all my issues.
My therapist is Wes, again he is engaged with all my issues, monitoring my progress with feedback and encouragement. I will recommend Tri-State Rehab Services to anyone who needs therapy for any reason.

Everyone at the Portsmouth location has been amazing. They are very knowledgeable in the different processes of healing, and just make you feel so understood through the different stages. Im actually sad to think of when my therapy will end, cause I thoroughly enjoy the time I have had, with each & every staff member there. Stacy has also been so wonderful on staying ontop of my approvals, appointments, etc. They really all make everyone feel so welcomed & comfortable. I'll always recommend people come here, for their therapy needs. The staff here is just Top Tier!

I have had an excellent experience!! Staff is always friendly and welcoming! The therapist listen to my concerns and take into consideration my disability but still push me to accomplish my goals. The facility is very clean and welcoming!! Would highly recommend for all your therapy needs!!

My favorite spot in Portsmouth to go to therapy. The therapists there are very professional. My favorite therapists are Wes Bailey and Lauren Helbig. They specialize in custom care in making therapy fun for the older clients and the younger ones. Creating exciting and crafty games for the children to stay interested while exercising.
The physical therapy care that I received at Tri-State Rehab was outstanding. The staff provided the highest level of care and the best possible physical therapy solution. They truly expressed concerns about your injury and long-term recovery. I could not believe how much better my shoulder felt and how much more mobility I had just after a few sessions. Overall they did an outstanding job rehabilitating my shoulder and keeping my recovery time to a minimum. I would highly recommend all patients in the Tri-State area who need physical therapy to come here because of the level of professionalism, positive, and hard working therapists.

Wes Bailey, PTA, ATC, is the Director of Portsmouth and Shawnee State Campus at Tri-State Rehab. Originally from Franklin Furnace, OH, Wes graduated from Shawnee State University and has been a dedicated Physical Therapist for 10 years. His journey with Tri-State Rehab began as a patient when he was younger, and he has been part of the team ever since. Wes finds it incredibly rewarding to help people overcome the trials in their lives, guiding them through recovery, getting them back on their feet after injury, and helping them become the best version of themselves.
