I have been having physical therapy for several weeks now at Tri State Rehab Services, due to a shoulder injury. Every employee you encounter has been informative and easy to talk too. I have improved so much . I appreciate all they have done . I recommend their services.

I have went to a few local places for PT, but I have found Tri State Rehab is the right place to go. Very knowledgeable staff, years of experience, and can truly help if PT is what your body needs. I enjoy the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere while regaining mobility with the help of this fantastic team.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They work with you on everything while still giving you some challenges. The facility is small but lends itself to more intimate training, one-on-one. I have gone here for several physical problems including sciatica, a knee replacement and back pain and each time it made a big difference. I recommend them highly.

Craig Buell was wonderful with my son. He was super attentive, LISTENED to my child when he had any questions, and was happy to explain things to both of us. Great communication, availability of appointments, and clear scheduling reminders. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone at any age. There's also a wonderful private gym attached where they offer memberships too. Great place!!!

TSR has been a God Send for my family! We do not go anywhere else due to the attention and care we receive! Tracy at the front desk is awesome and we would like for her to stay here at Huntington office! PLEASE! She helps in so many ways and makes us feel at home! Westmorland PT is the best! They have treated my husband off and on for years. Then last November my daughter Amber was seen by all of the therapist to help build her strength back after a 19 day stay in the hospital. Tomorrow they will be helping her with her knee. They helped me this year with my shoulder. At one time it hurt so bad I had difficulty driving. My shoulder is so much better. Craig, JT, Emily and Joel are more than therapist, they are our friends. Tracy always greets you with a big smile and is always helpful.
Going to therapy isn’t always the fun thing to do, but this group of professionals make it enjoyable. It is such a friendly atmosphere. Thank you guys for all you do.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been coming here for 3 years and I come back because they generally care about you. If you need therapy I definitely recommend Tri- State For any therapy you might need.

Lots of good people here. I've been going to therapy here for my knee for several months and I've had zero complaints. I like the staff as they are all friendly and easy to get along with. The instructions they give are well explained. I find it to be a good atmosphere to be in. Don't get me wrong, I want my knee to get better, but if it doesn't, I'll just have to enjoy the company of the tri-state rehab staff just a little longer.

Came for 21 appointments for physical therapy. Not only was the service excellent but I’m when I have more free time I intend to purchase a gym membership because of the quality of the building equipment and employees. I wouldn’t just consider them employees but friends.

The staff from PTs, PTAs and front desk are professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. They provide excellent, compassionate care as they strive to help you reach your peak performance and improve your level of post injury fitness. They care about you as a person during all phases of your recovery. Due to a major fall in post op I have been a returning patient for several years. You can 100% trust them with your care.

All of the therapists and staff are wonderful and caring people. The therapists want you to succeed with your therapy. They will give you the encouragement to get that done. I will not go to any other therapy-TriState makes me feel like a part of the family! If you need therapy I highly recommend Tri-State! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went for a knee injury from running. The knowledge passed on to me about my injury and the structured approach to strengthening and repairing the injury was great! When I completed my treatment, I was pain free. Now, I still have pain from time to time, but when I do the exercises prescribed to me, it relieves my pain within an hour. Great place for physical rehab!

This time last year I couldn't even raise my right leg off the ground more than 6 inches, every step I took was in pain from sciatica from a herniated disc. They fixed my leg problem in 19 sessions. I highly recommend them to anyone for physical therapy.

Craig Buell, MPT, is the Director of Westmoreland at Tri-State Rehab. A Huntington, WV native, Craig has been a therapist for 24 years and has spent the last 22 years at Tri-State Rehab. He graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University and brings a wealth of experience to his role. Craig’s passion for his work lies in the unique opportunity to problem-solve for each patient, helping to improve their quality of life.
